KillaBee & MistaFuture is a long-standing partnership between Galin Nenov and Georgi Iliev—two artists, composers, and beatmakers. The stage attracts them to experiment, to express their ideas mainly with analog sound timbres, to recreate a multi-layered musical picture, while at the same time striving for the presence of two elements that are important to them – speak groove and pocket. In this project, the main rhythmic function is performed by KillaBee’s vocal percussion, who also performs MC parts, while Mista Future is mainly responsible for the harmonic environment. The two musicians, as they themselves say, have the same pulse.
